Bahan-Bahan:
- 10 lembar daun talas muda
- 200 gram tepung beras
- 100 gram kelapa parut
- 2 sdm asam jawa, larutkan dengan sedikit air
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt gula
- 1 sdt kunyit bubuk
- 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
- 1 sdt cabai bubuk (opsional)
- 1 sdt minyak kelapa

Cara Membuat:
- Cuci bersih daun talas. Keringkan dan buang bagian batangnya.
- Dalam mangkuk, campur tepung beras, kelapa parut, kunyit, ketumbar, cabai, garam, dan gula. Aduk rata.
- Tambahkan air asam jawa dan minyak kelapa. Aduk hingga adonan bisa dioleskan.
- Ambil satu lembar daun talas. Olesi dengan adonan secara merata.
- Tumpuk dengan daun lainnya, ulangi proses sampai adonan habis.
- Gulung rapat dan bungkus dengan daun pisang atau plastik tahan panas.
- Kukus selama 30-40 menit hingga matang.
- Dinginkan sebentar, lalu potong-potong sebelum disajikan.
