Ingredients:
- 10 young taro leaves
- 200 grams rice flour
- 100 grams grated coconut
- 2 tbsp tamarind, dissolved in a little water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:
- Wash the taro leaves thoroughly. Dry them and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, grated coconut, turmeric, coriander, chili, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
- Add tamarind water and coconut oil. Stir until the mixture becomes spreadable.
- Take one taro leaf. Spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Stack with another leaf, repeat the process until the mixture is used up.
- Roll tightly and wrap with banana leaves or heat-resistant plastic.
- Steam for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into pieces before serving.
